Client philospy:

I believe that each client requires there own uniquely crafted session. Frequent clients benefit the most as short and long term strategies can be planned to aid in the healing process. Each of my clients receive the services that they pay for. Chinese Herb treatments, Biofreeze, hot stones, essential oils and seasonal blends may be included in a service or added to sessions for a small cost .

Why I do what I do:

As a military war veteran and single mother of a special needs child, I battled Post Traumatic Stress Disorder  for years. I had lost complete body awareness. I was depressed, sleep deprived and always in pain. As I refused to get help, I started to develop fibromyalgia and restless leg syndrome. As I started to research my disorder, I realized that my body cells were becoming non-functional and that I was dying. It was a big wake up call that I needed to get help. One of the alternative treatments was yoga and massage. Therefore,  I turned to massage therapy as an option. Through the years I received massage, I realized that massage played a major role in healing my mind, body and spirit and literally "revived" me. Massage therapy had turned from a luxury to a necessity for me. As I recovered from this disorder, I realized that I had found my new career path.  In addition to my own self discovery, I started to learn about using massage to aid in the sensory dysfunction that is very common with special needs individuals. With joint mobilization and pressure techniques, I've been able to renew and calm my own son daily. "Revive" means to activate ,set in motion, return life consciousness, vigor and strength. It is my desire and intent to help my clients achieve this overall body state.
